Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and what we never do with it.

In short: we collect only what we need to coach you. We never sell your data. Your reports are private. Progress photos you send may be shared to show real results, and we take any post down when you ask.
1. What we collect
Before you pay — on the coaching form: your name, age, height, weight, goal weight, health conditions, periods, medicines, food preference, state, foods you avoid, who cooks, daily activity, exercise, sleep, smoking, alcohol, WhatsApp number and email.
When you pay — Razorpay handles the payment. We receive only the transaction ID, amount and status. We never see or store your card number, UPI ID, CVV or bank details.
After you pay — your meal timings, work hours, eating habits, digestion, water, cravings, tea or coffee, past diets, measurements, and — only if you choose to upload them — reports from your doctor (used only to plan your food around your doctor's advice, never to diagnose or change a medicine) and photos.
Automatically — the pages you open, which step of the form you reached, your device type, approximate country, and the ad or link that brought you here.
2. Why we collect it

3. Health information
Your conditions, medicines, periods, smoking and alcohol answers, reports and photos are the most sensitive things you give us, and they are treated that way.
They are used only to make and adjust your plan. They are never sold and never shared with advertisers. Your reports and health answers are never published.
Progress photos, videos, reviews and chat messages you send us may be shared on our website and social media to show real results (Terms, section 17). We always hide your phone number, we can hide your face or name if you ask, and we take any post down when you ask on WhatsApp. We never use them in a paid ad without asking you first.
4. Who else handles your data

Some of these services store data on servers outside India. We use them only for the work written above.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.
5. How long we keep it
Your coaching details and progress records are kept for up to 3 years after your coaching ends, so if you come back we already know your history. Payment records are kept as long as Indian tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your photos and reports at any time.
6. Your choices

7. Cookies and tracking
This page uses the Meta Pixel and our own visit counter. You can block these in your browser settings, and everything will still work the same.
8. Security
Everything is served over HTTPS. Reports and photos are stored in private storage that cannot be browsed or listed. File links work only when we create them.
9. Age
Coaching is for people aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you think we have, tell us and we will delete it.
