1.What we collect
In the form, before you pay
- About you: woman or man, age, height, weight, goal and state.
- Food and health: what you eat, any health issue or medicine you write down, whether you have medical reports, foods you avoid or are allergic to, your workout choice, wake-up and sleep times, and smoking or alcohol.
- Your plan choice, full name, WhatsApp number and email.
When you pay
Razorpay takes the payment. We get only the order ID, payment ID, amount and status. We never see your card number, UPI PIN or bank details.
On WhatsApp, after you pay
Your messages, your weekly and monthly progress updates, and any photos or reports you choose to send.
When you visit the page
The pages you open, how far you got in the form, your device type, your rough location (city or state), and the ad or link that brought you here.
On your own phone
The form saves your answers on your phone as you go, so you can continue later. They stay in your browser on that phone. Clearing your browser data removes them.
2.Why we use it

Don’t want reminders, tips or offers? Reply STOP on WhatsApp at any time and we will stop. We don’t use your data for anything else.
3.Your health details
Your health issue, medicines, reports, weight, photos and habits are the most private things you share with us. We take extra care with them.
- Used only to make and adjust your plan.
- Seen only by Rushikesh and his team.
- Never sold, never shared with advertisers, never published.
- Your medical reports are never shared with anyone.
Progress photos, videos or reviews you send may be shared to show real results (see Terms, section 12). We always hide your phone number, and we take any post down when you ask.
4.Who else handles your data
We use a few services to run this page, payments and messages. They handle your data only for the work below, under their own privacy rules.

Some of these services store data on servers outside India. We never sell your personal data to anyone. We share it with the government or police only if the law requires it.
5.Meta pixel and ads
We run ads on Facebook and Instagram. This page uses the Meta pixel to see which ads bring visitors and buyers. It can tell Meta that you opened the page, started the form or paid, and the plan and amount.
- Your health details are never sent to Meta.
- If your email or phone number is used to match a purchase to an ad, it is turned into a scrambled code first.
- You can block cookies in your browser settings. The page and payment still work.
Miracle Veda is not part of Meta or Facebook.
6.How long we keep it

- Kept while you are a client, and up to 3 years after your plan ends, so your history is ready if you come back. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
- Payment records
- Kept as long as Indian tax law requires.
7.Delete your data
Paid client and want your data deleted? Message us on WhatsApp at +91 84597 20620 or email help.miracleveda@gmail.com from the number or email you used, and write “Delete my data”.
- We delete your form answers, photos, reports and progress records within 7 working days, and tell you when it’s done.
- We keep only the payment records the law asks us to keep.
- If your plan period is still running, we can’t keep coaching you after your data is deleted.
8.Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:
- Ask what data we have about you, and how we use it
- Ask us to correct or update anything that is wrong
- Ask us to delete your data
- Take back your consent at any time. We then stop using your data, and we can’t make or update your plan without it.
- Name someone to act for you if you can’t, for example because of illness
- Complain to us, and if you are not happy with our answer, to the Data Protection Board of India
To use any of these rights, message us on WhatsApp or email us. We act on your request within 7 working days.
9.Keeping it safe
This page uses a secure (HTTPS) connection. Only Rushikesh and his team can see your answers. Reports and photos are kept private. If we ever learn that your data was exposed, we will tell you without delay.
10.Age
Our plans are for 18 and above. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think we have, tell us and we will delete it.
11.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
12.Questions and complaints
If something went wrong, tell us first. Most things can be fixed quickly on WhatsApp.
