What we collect, why, and what we never do with it

1. What we collect
- From the form: name, whether you are a man or a woman, age, height, weight, the health conditions you tick (like thyroid, PCOD, irregular periods or high sugar), region, food choices, foods you avoid, daily activity, WhatsApp number and email.
- When you pay: Razorpay handles the payment. We receive only the order ID, payment ID, amount and status. We never see your card, UPI or bank details.
- Automatically: pages you open, how far you got in the form, device type, approximate location, and the ad or link that brought you here.
2. Why we use it
- To make your plan and send it to you
- To send your receipt, your plan link, and short emails that help you follow the plan
- For 3-month plans, to ask for your new weight before your next plan
- To send you plan updates, diet tips and sometimes an offer on WhatsApp. We tell you this on the last step of the form. To stop them, reply STOP on WhatsApp any time, or tell us there. We then send you only messages about your own order.

3. Health information
Your condition, weight and health answers are used only to make your plan. They are never sold, never published, and never sent to advertisers.
When you tick a health condition and submit the form, you agree that we use it only for this purpose. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details any time — email help.miracleveda@gmail.com. If you do not want to share a condition, choose "No health issue" and you get a plain fat-loss plan.

5. Cookies
We use the Meta pixel and a small first-party counter to measure visits and ads. You can block cookies in your browser; the page and payment will still work.
6. Recent buyers notice
On the plan page we may show a short note like "Priya · Maharashtra — started a 3-month plan". It uses only your first name and your state (worked out roughly from your internet connection) — never your full name, phone, email, weight or health details. Want it hidden? Email help.miracleveda@gmail.com and we'll remove it.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your plan details for up to 2 years so you can open your plan again and so we can help if you contact us. Payment records are kept as the law requires.
8. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time — email help.miracleveda@gmail.com from the email you used. We handle your data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
