These terms cover only the Fat Loss Diet Plan (thyroid, PCOD & diabetes friendly) (1 Month and 3 Months) sold on miracleveda.com/plan. Other Miracle Veda programs have their own terms.
1. Who you are dealing with
This plan is offered by Rushikesh Umbarkar, operating as Miracle Veda. WhatsApp +91 84597 20620 · email help.miracleveda@gmail.com.
2. What you are buying

Your plan is prepared with Rushikesh Umbarkar's method from the details you give in the form — age, height, weight, condition, region, food choices and daily activity. It is a digital product delivered by email and by a private link.
Not included in the diet plan: WhatsApp doubt support, calls or personal changes to your plan — diet doubts are not answered on WhatsApp. Those are part of 1:1 coaching, which is a separate program.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include all charges. Payment is taken in advance through Razorpay. The price you pay is the price shown on the payment screen. Prices, offers and gifts can change or end at any time, but an order that is already paid never changes. If you renew your plan, you pay the price shown on the payment screen on the day you renew. Refunds follow our Refund Policy. There are no instant refunds.
3a. Personal offers
Sometimes we send a personal offer link. A personal offer is only for the person and the WhatsApp number it was made for. It can be used one time, until the date shown on it. The price is the price on that day minus the offer, and never below a minimum price. It cannot be added to any other offer or discount — the lower price is used. It has no cash value.
3b. Advanced tracker (add-on)
Every diet plan comes with the free Basic tracker. The Advanced tracker is an optional add-on for 1 month or 3 months, at the price shown when you buy it. You can add it on the last step when you buy your diet plan (one payment: 1 month with the 1-month plan, 3 months with the 3-month plan, 4 months with the 3 + 1 months plan; it is never ticked for you), or buy it later. It opens after your payment is confirmed and runs for that time from the day you pay. There is no auto-debit: when it ends, you can renew at that day's price. You can buy it even if your diet plan is from someone else. Your entries stay saved in your account. With 1:1 coaching, the Premium tracker is included at no extra cost.
4. Delivery
Your plan is normally ready within 2 hours of a successful payment. If you pay after 9 PM (India time), it comes the next morning by 9 AM. It is sent to the email you give and can also be opened from the page you see after paying. If it hasn't reached you, check your spam folder, then message us on WhatsApp — we'll send it to you there.
5. This is not medical advice
The plan gives nutrition and lifestyle guidance for healthy eating and fat loss. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and does not replace your doctor. Keep taking any medicine exactly as your doctor has prescribed. Never stop or change medication because of anything in the plan.
6. Who can buy
The plan is for adults aged 18 or older. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have diabetes, high BP, a kidney or liver condition or any other medical condition, show the plan to your doctor before you start and follow their advice. If you take medicine for diabetes or thyroid, keep taking it as your doctor says and tell your doctor you have started this plan — eating less can lower your blood sugar. By paying you confirm that your answers are true and that you will check with your doctor where needed.
7. Results
Results depend on your starting weight, your body, your medicines, and how closely you follow the plan. Client results shown on our pages are real but individual. We do not promise any specific weight loss or timeline.
8. Personal use only
Your plan is made for you and is for your personal use. You may not share, copy, sell or publish it. All content is © Miracle Veda.
8a. Support and respectful contact
The diet plan and the Advanced tracker are self-guided digital products. Your plan comes with written guidance, swaps and answers to common doubts. They do not include WhatsApp doubt support, calls or personal changes to your plan; those are part of 1:1 coaching. You can still message us about delivery, payment or a link that does not open.
Please keep your messages respectful. If someone is abusive, threatening or keeps harassing us, we may stop replying and stop the service. If we stop it for this reason, the plans already delivered stay yours, and anything not yet delivered (later plan months, and the tracker after the time it covers) ends. Any refund in such a case is at our discretion, and the order is then closed.
9. Our name
Miracle Veda is the name of our diet coaching service. We make and sell no products, and we are not part of any other business that uses a similar name.
10. Refer a friend, free months and gifts
- After you buy, you get your own share link. A friend who opens it gets ₹50 off their first Miracle Veda plan. This discount is given once, only on a first plan.
- A friend counts for you when they pay for their first plan through your link. Your own orders, test orders, free or gifted plans, and orders from a WhatsApp number or email that already had a plan do not count. If a payment is refunded, the reward linked to it may be removed.
- Thank-you gifts are shown on your referral page. What you see there is the offer at that time, and it can change. Each gift is given once. Only the referral page shows the current gifts — not your plan, an email or a screenshot from an earlier date.
- A free diet month is one 30-day plan. You can use it yourself (made on your saved details and your new weight), or gift it to one other person (made on their own details). Each free month can be used only once. A gift needs their own WhatsApp number; their email can be the same as yours.
- When you fill in someone else's details for a gift, you confirm that they agree to it and that the details are true. Section 6 applies to them too.
- Gifts and discounts have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money or sold. The only transfer allowed is gifting a free diet month as described above.
- Free 1:1 coaching months follow the 1:1 coaching terms and start when you fill the coaching form.
- We may refuse or remove rewards if the program is misused — for example fake or repeated orders by the same person, or sharing your link with false claims. Please do not run paid ads with your link or promise anyone a certain weight loss.
- We may change or stop the referral program for the future. Gifts you have already earned stay valid for 90 days after such a change.
10a. Your photos
When you send us your progress photos, videos, reviews or chat messages, you agree that Miracle Veda may share them on our website and social media to show real results. We always hide your phone number, and we can hide your face or name if you ask. If you want any post removed, message us on WhatsApp and we will take it down. Sending them is your choice — you get everything you paid for either way.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to the plan is limited to the amount you paid for it.
12. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version on this page when you pay applies to your purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
13. About Miracle Veda
Miracle Veda is run by Rushikesh Umbarkar, Fat Loss & Nutrition Coach. We make personal fat loss diet plans for women and men — including thyroid-friendly, PCOD-friendly and diabetes-friendly plans — and we also give 1:1 fat loss coaching. Our plans are food and lifestyle guidance; they are not medical treatment and do not replace your doctor’s care or medicines.
Your plan is made only for you, from the answers you give in our form — your health, your food choices and your daily routine. Your meals use normal Indian home food. Our plans and coaching are for adults aged 18 or older.
